Hello indie comic fans! Today, I am super excited to share with you an interview I recently did with Wells Thompson, co-writer of the comic book series, MechaTon, which you can find on Kickstarter right now—but concludes Saturday, June 19, 2021. Thompson has another book under his belt, called Descent Into Darkness—a horror anthology (Caliber Comics). He’s also the Content Editor over at The Comic Book Yeti. A great site which does a ton of reviews on indie books, as well as showcasing many comics you can find on Kickstarter. So be sure to check them out.
Back to all things crowd funded, Thompson and I talk about how the first issue of MechaTon came to be, and what the fun is all about. More like, what the pun is all about. Trust me, you’ll know what I mean when you check it out. As Thompson puts it:
“MechaTon is kind of a rule of cool, sci-fi adjacent comic…about a glove that gets cast down to earth, and whoever wields it has the power to punch anything they want, and turn it into a Mech…the cost of which, you can’t take the glove off. It’s bound to you.”
Be sure to back this book. Simply put: MechaTon is MechaFun!
Here’s the MechaTon Creative Team:

All right, watch this awesome interview with Wells Thompson, and then head to their Kickstarter page and back this book!
