Canadian comic book artist, Travis Sengaus (pronounced sen-goss), took time from chatting with his fans on day two of the Calgary Expo to speak with me about his work. And trust me, this guy's work is pretty effin' rad. Don't believe me? Visit him at booth C08 on Sunday. He is sitting with another one of Calgary's finest: Aaron Navrady of The Cold Fire series.

One of his first books, Big Hitters, is a buddy sci-fi action and adventure series. The tone is similar to Guardians of the Galaxy, however, this book came out before Guardians of the Galaxy was even in the works. Just saying. Seriously though, it's a great book, so watch for the Kickstarter campaign which is scheduled to launch May 19, 2017.

Sengaus's other book, Reverse The Curse, written by Andrew Barbero and art by Sengaus. The project started a few years ago, which is funny because it looks at a supernatural evil that haunts Chicago's beloved team. Yeah, the Cubs. So, whether you're a baseball fan or not, you've got to check out this home run of a book. All right, hit play on the Soundcloud link and enjoy our chat about Sengaus's work and we also go on a bit of sidetrack and talk about current superhero movies. Good times! Enjoy.
